We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have already passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• The Electronic Console must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

• The electronic console must be in its original packaging.

• To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• We only offer refunds for Electronic Consoles sold at the regular price; Electronic Consoles on sale cannot be returned.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

• Any electronic console that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.

• Any electronic console that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Electronic Console. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

For this type of shipment, the seller is responsible until the carrier picks up the item. From the moment it leaves our facilities, the buyer bears the costs and risks of transport until final delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
